Role Description

• Manage the implementation of small IT projects and support the delivery of larger projects within defined scope and objectives.
• Respond to customer and third-party queries regarding IT services and provide resolution, status updates, and escalate issues to the appropriate area when necessary.
• Support the resolution of day-to-day operational IT issues, ensuring efficient and high-quality service for all internal clients.
• Liase with vendors to develop, manage and control vendor contracts, relationships and performance for optimal service delivery.
• Provide technical support by identifying and resolving system, network, hardware and software issues.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Assist in preparing user guides, procedural documentation, and relevant reports.
• Perform other ad-hoc IT support and duties assigned by the supervisor.
